Potica should be refrigerated for longer freshness. It can be refrigerated for 3 weeks or frozen for 6-9 months.

Biscotti can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature, and Fruitcake lasts longest when wrapped and refrigerated.

Yes, both Potica and Fruitcake freeze very well. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and foil, and they’ll stay fresh for up to 3 months.

At this time, Pep’s Bake Shop does not offer gift wrapping options for shipped products. However, we encourage customers to call the bakery directly and we will do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
